Return & Exchange Policy

Because every piece is handcrafted to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges once the order has been confirmed — except in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.
  • The product received is different from what was ordered.

In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue.
We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or repair, depending on the situation.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At July Wishes, we do our best to ensure safe and timely delivery!

  • Delivery within Bahrain:
    A flat delivery fee of 2 BHD applies to all areas in Bahrain.
    Orders are delivered within 10 days.
  • Shipping to GCC countries:
    We ship to all GCC countries via trusted courier services.
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
  • Since all our pieces are handmade, please allow 7–14 business days for order preparation before shipping.
  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your delivery.
